Returns & Refunds

Catrin Membery Art does not accept returns or exchanges. 

Catrin Membery Art products are all made to the highest standard, and are individually checked and wrapped by the artist before being sent.

All products are packaged appropriately for maximum protection during delivery.

If somehow your product has been damaged by the courier, you must send photos as evidence to catrinmembery.art@gmail.com within 24hrs. Ideally you will have taken photos of the damaged box/envelope on arrival, and also of the damaged product.

In this case it is up to Catrin Membery Art to decide the best options for you, e.g. if only slightly damaged you may be offered a partial refund and a discount code for the next time you shop. If completely ruined then you will be offered a replacement if stock is available, or a full refund if not.
